Hello community. I have tested several power banks to charge my lap top with no success by using usb-c port. This website recommends Anker 737, it did not work either. Anyone has any advice? The Operation manual has no info. I used google and chat GPT to search for an answer without any success. I feel like i live in a stone age where there is no solution to recharge this **bleep** thing with a power bank. I called hp support as my product has warranty, and got transferred four times to the "right department". After 2 hours of frustration, I hung up my phone. I badly want to smash this 250 G9 garbage to the wall.

Hello.
The USB-C port in 250 G9 does not support USB Power Delivery (PD). You can only charge the laptop via the 4.5mm barrel connector on the right side.
If you absolutely need a power bank, then you would need a generic power bank with DC output and you would have to use your laptop power supply connected into it. These kind of mobile power banks are rather large units.
Ideally, you would need a power bank with the DC output configurable to 19.5 Volts and the same 4.5mm barrel connector (with same +- polarity)
