Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G9 Mobile Workstation PC (4T506AV)

When using the HP Dock G4 I have a physical power button emulation.

But what if running the ZBook Power G9 on a foreign dock or KVM-Switch? How could I "remotely" start the machine?

I think about Wake on LAN. The dock offers some Ethernet module via USB-C, but that does not seem to be active when the machine is stopped, is it?

Actually there is also some Wake on WLAN. How would that work to authenticate to the Wifi when stopped?
