hello
I purchased a pre-owned HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2 ,however I cannot update the bios.it prompts for a password I do not know .How do I remove the password or reset it to something I know ?

Hello Ameurisg,
Please call HP Tech support in order to generate SMC Bin file to reset BIOS password.
SMC Bin file is the only way to reset password.
