The usual way is either

ESC repeatedly and then F11

or just repeatedly F11.

If I restore the system to factory fitted installation, will I get MS office & Mc Cafe?

Hi

I don't know.

McAfee is usually removed and a free replacement like Bit Defender is installed.

If you currently have a LICENCED version of MS Office write down the licence number.

Belarc Advisor should help.

ELSE    https://www.libreoffice.org/  as an alternative.
