Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When the battery charge reaches 96-98%, the laptop switches from mains power to battery power. After 5 minutes, it switches back to mains power and charges the battery again. How can I stop this?
The battery is not original, it was changed. The battery works properly, holds a charge, discharges normally, and the laptop works when disconnected from the mains.
