Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, am  David and i own laptop repairs shop on Ghana. There's this issue with hp probook 650 G1 and 640 G1 when u plug in the charger it shows plug in charging but it will never charge. i have check the MB if there's any burnts componet or IC but nothing found, i have change the charger too but still,  I have four of this laptops with the same problem. please any solution? thank you?

you may have issues with the batteries... if you install HP Support Assistant, it can check the condition of the battery cells - https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html

 

the battery check tool in HP SA queries the electronics of the batteries and reports their status
