I have just added the Audio module to my HP Thunderbolt 3 docking station and of course the soft keys don't work with Teams. I think this is unacceptable from hp as we are talking about a very simple feature that should already been there as the module did come up in the market when Teams was already there.
Why Hp doesn't release an update for this?

Hi.
They don't release updates because the model is superseded and there's no money in it for HP.
HP business laptops from the same era also had dedicated Call buttons (called "Collaborative Keyboard") which only work with Skype for Business which was already obsolete, Lync (even older!) and Cisco Jabber (never used it).
Just bad corporate decisions from HP, no way to sugarcoat it.
Those dedicated buttons on Collaborative Keyboard can be mapped, however, and perhaps the same applies to the audio module? I don't have access to your dock model, but you could try it with e.g. Microsoft Powertoys or other keyboard remapping tools to work with Teams. Microsoft has a handy keyboard shortcut document for Teams.
