Product: HP ZBook 14u G5 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My hp zbook 14u g5 does not turn on. When I disconnect battery and plug in the adapter, the caps key lights on for 2 seconds and turns off. I can't find any error code for this scenario. Can't figure out if it's a motherboard or processor or bios issue.

But if I connect the battery the power button led turns on for 2 seconds and then the caps lock led for 2 seconds and then both turns off.
