Product: Hp e24 g4 fhd monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp e24 g4 fhd monitor not working with the USB port (connected through the usb cable and not HDMI)

 

Display works when connected from the HDMI cable. But the USB cable that was sent with the monitor is not working. Please help
