HP Recommended

Nothing appears on my hp EliteBook 830 G5. I have connected the notebook to another display, it works but with a trick. I have to similate an absence of internal monitor,  I do this by closing the monitor when the laptop starts booting. I have tried a number of methods described on google but still dark screen.

Tried tests

1. ​External Monitor Test: works

2. The Flashlight Test: Checking for a faint image to see if only the backlight: does not work

3. ​Hard Power Reset: does not work

4. ​Display Toggle (Fn+F4):  does not work

​5. Manual Driver/Firmware Reinstall: no change.

 

So need help.
