Hello.
You can only recover the recovery partition from HP recovery media which will also replace your current Windows installation. Modern laptops do not carry a recovery partition at all, you are supposed to use one of the cloud recovery software options.
Do you really have use for the recovery partition? It was necessary mostly for some older computers because it also contained licensed CD/DVD/Bluray playback/authoring software (and such) which you couldn't download from HP.
In all other cases it is usually much faster to install Windows from Microsoft ISO and download the necessary drivers from HP or Windows Update.

so it is no sense go with Hp recovery partition? I have now only MS partitons after clean instalation.
Correct. HP Recovery partition is useful only for recovering the operating system. Since you already have the skills required for installing Windows without it, the recovery partition would be pointless and just eats your storage space.
