Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hy,
I have succeeded to install Q72 BIOS, still HP site tells me that it is not been installed. I know it is, I checked it today ones again in cmd,.. Should I somehow un install it and re-install, is that even possible. I am a bit confuced should I even do anything
