Dear HP Support Team,
- Case I'd [Personal Information Removed]
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the numerous issues I have been facing with the HP laptop I purchased on October 8, 2023. I believe that as a valued customer, it is essential to bring these concerns to your attention for a swift resolution.
Since the first week of use, I have encountered a series of problems that have significantly hindered the normal functioning of my laptop. The issues are as follows:
Mouse Pad Malfunction: The mouse pad has been consistently malfunctioning, causing inconvenience in navigating and controlling the laptop.
Screen Blinking: There is an ongoing problem with the laptop screen blinking intermittently, making it difficult to work or engage with the device seamlessly.
Automatic Screen Shutdown: On several occasions, the laptop screen has shut down automatically, without any apparent reason, leading to data loss and disruption of my work.
Power Cable-Related Screen Issues: When the power cable is removed, the screen goes off, and sometimes, it does not come back on immediately upon reconnecting the cable.
Beep Sound: I have been experiencing a continuous beep sound for the past month, which is both distracting and concerning, as I am uncertain of its origin and potential impact on the laptop's performance.

Hi @tvasudevareddy4,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.
Follow the below steps to access the BIOS menu.
1) Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer. (Wait for a few seconds after releasing the power button)
2) Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu is displayed, press the f10 to access the BIOS menu.
Wait for a while on the BIOS screen and if the display flickers, there is an issue with the hardware.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot the touchpad and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
