HP EliteBook x360 1040 G5 Notebook PC

Greetings!
I want to upgrade my laptop’s RAM from 16GB to 32GB. I consulted a local technician who informed me that the RAM is soldered onboard and cannot be extended. However, when I checked my device’s RAM information, it indicated that an extension to 32GB is possible. I need assistance to confirm if upgrading the RAM on my laptop is feasible

If you look at chapter 3, different motherboards are offered with different amounts of memory.

If you look at chapter 5, you will find no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
