Hello everyone. Basically, I have a new HP account linked with my college's EDU account. I want to purchase a new laptop.
When I click the customize and buy option, I do not have any options to change the default config of my machine, nor is there any indication of what my configuration is.
If I log out of my account, I have the option to change the system config.
Here are screenshots demonstrating the issue.

Why is this happening, and how can I get a custom specced machine?
Edit: it looks like the photos I've uploaded aren't working either.
