Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 Base Model

I cannot charge my HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 (Product X3U21AV) using the HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock (Product  841830-001)

When attaching the thunderbolt port to the laptop, all attached devices are working fine (mouse, keyboard, display), but I cannot charge my notebook. Connecting another HP laptop to the same docking station works and charges fine.

I have updated the BIOS with the latest version from HP but after the reboot it's still not charging.

I have tried holding the power button for 30 sec to reset the battery, but this also didn't work. 

 

The computer recognises that the unit is attached. Power Mode says "Self Power".  Is this the issue? How can I change this?

Please can you help/advise how to resolve this. Thanks
