I have a HP EliteBook 8570W which has 2 drivers showing as missing the information I have tried the HP web site and Windows site and been unsuccessful in finding the drivers required.
Please see the screen shots below, I would appreciate any useful advice on how to resolve this, please note my skill level is low, I have spent many hours searching online how to resolve this issue and truthfully don't know if this is causing my laptop a problem or not.
Thanks in advance,
Colin

It is an old machine, please try to download and install
1. For card reader : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe
2. For Drive Guard : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107501-108000/sp107654.exe
Regards.

Hi BH
Thanks for the information the card reader driver installed easily and is now not showing as faulty.
Unfortunately the Drive card failed, when using the .exe it opened a cmd window and then closed it a couple of seconds later.
I also tried updating the driver from computer management but no suitable drive was found.
Regards
Colin
