I have in my possession an HP Pavilion x360 m Convertible 14m-dw1023dx. I need to replace the battery on this product it is a 3-cell, 43 Wh Li-ion. Not only am I unable to find this product, but I am also unable to find any hp replacement parts of the same specs. I would gladly recover this serial number to identify this product directly if I had a working battery to turn the computer on, but since I do not it seems I am at a stalemate. The only final course of action is to create a post and wait for live support where they only tell me they are unavailable and to try again as long as I am within live chat hours without listing the hours so I haven't the slightest idea if I am within their hours or not. I look forward to sitting on the issue for a few hours if not longer.

Its specs

It uses 3-cell, 43 Wh Li-ion battery part # M01144-005 which is N/A from HP. Ypu can use part # to search elsewhere including eBay. I saw it on Newegg for $60. HP won't allow me to post the link, please help yourself
Regards.
