I purchased the HP Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 300 at the same time as my new laptop. Without prompting, the mouse is drawing rectangles on the screen. I performed the diagnostic test and it was determined the mouse was broken. I was given a number to call. Sometime when I call and I'm put on hold for long periods of time without being given any idea of when HP will respond. In these cases, after 45 minutes I gave up. Other times, the auto attendant says that there are technical difficulties, try again later. I have tried different methods to reach out to hp about this issue without success. I have spent hours on this. Why can't there be a replacement system for broken items?
