Um im having a issue with reinstalling windows after cleaning hardrive and now when i reinstal it does not show the drivers on usb my mom had put the drivers i need and its not showing when i load and also i put them in softpaq folder it wont let me expand and it wont show hardrive either please help me

Nvm no thanks i found my issue my dad helped me i made a appointment wuth bestbuy to ask them to check what the issue is i think its the hardrive so ima ask them if it is ima replace it with new which wil cost 40$ and it wil work again tmw i got appointment with them late afternoon
