Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Ultrabook (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I booted up the hp bios recovery after doing win key + r

It sent a black screen but no output was given after 40 seconds.

Note when i got this laptop no hp apps where installed And was expecting a windows 7 bit got 10 instead
