Why is it not possible to submit a supportcase on mycrm.support.hp.com?
Have been trying for a long time and the only thing happening is the page telling me "Your case could not be submitted. Please wait a moment then click the submit button again."
How can i get support on my laptop? (which is in warranty) Is there an email i can use to get support instead?

I couldn't either.
I had to call them.
There is no e-mail support contact.
I don't know what country you live in, but here is an old HP business PC phone directory.
The number for the USA/Canada is still valid.
I was able to resolve the issue I had with my HP Stream Pro 11 G4 by calling HP.
