The rest of keys work perfectly. It´s only these 6 ones.

Finally I have replaced the keyboard with a new one.

If specific keys on your EliteBook 850 aren't working, start by cleaning the keyboard for debris and then update or reinstall the keyboard drivers through Device Manager. Performing a hard reset might also help. If the issue persists, professional repair or replacement may be needed.

Thanks for your quick response, Gudrun.

How could I perform a hard reset?

I´ve just checked that the battery is ok. Anyway, it is not closed to the keys.

Thanks a lot, anyway, Dragon.
