HP All-in-One Desktop PC 27-cb1000a (4N1A2AV)

I purchased a computer online and directly from HP. Model 22U68AA All in one (edited) on 10/16/22 for $1100.00.

I have had nothing but problems starting 3 months after receiving. I have had 43 cases on file with HP trying to keep it working. Also have used online Teck services that I purchased separately costing $150.00 for a 3-year extended warranty to end in 10/16/2025. I have asked for my money back 3 times. Also offered to trade mine and upgrade and pay the differance. All which has fallen and dead ears. I am now at a point dealing with customer relations based on my complaints (edited). I am dealing with a person called and get this a Customer Experience Manager named Sheila. At first, she led to believe she could help. I was promised a carton would be sent to me to ship back to their service center and might take 10 days to get back. It was turned around in one day informing me that they had gutted and replaced the brains in my machine. I also sent them pictures of what was happening. to reassure they knew what had to be done. I plug it in had all of the same problems. I called Sheila told what happened she responded that she would have a teck come to my home,. This was on7/23/2025. to be here in my home on 7/28/2025. As usual I was lie to a no show. I called to tell Sheila she made no further promises and again asked for my money back. I know that will never happen. They lie and and make promises and record your complaints with your permission of course. Apparently, they screwed so many customers with lies and incompetent personnel and customers get hostel. WARNING WARNING do not trust or purchase anything from HP they are a dishonest and corrupt company, buyer beware

I am hoping that someday soon my computer will work again. Right now the only part of my computer model 22U68AA.    Serial 8CC22808ZZ is the off and on switch meaning it's totally useless. I was dealing with Customer Experience Manager Sheila haven't heard back since Tuesday. I was told by her on 7/25/2025 that on Monday 7/28/2025 that a service tech would be at my apartment. On 7/29/2025 she called to tell me she was still working on it. At first I became angry that I was being duped again. I really felt Sheila was on the right track and this would finely be resolved. Since not receiving updates or phone calls about anyone coming to fix my computer. I have lost trust in HP. Suggestion take my computer back to your service facilities check it over, load in every one of your diagnostics tests programs to support and maintain. Then put it through a complete series of tests of your own fix it programs before returning. Please again consider returning my money back for the computer. Or replacing with a new one. Or excepting my last suggestion of returning it to repair center and a complete running of all test  before returning. HP so far has done nothing to keep me a happy customer. I would like to have a computer that works not a door stop.

All I want is for HP to fix my computer asap. Since sent in to your repair center it is worse. The only thing working now is the off and on  button. Now find out that Sheila some how was removed. You have danced me around and not improved your image at all. Get some out to fix my computer asap. Tired of being lied to just admit you company is a rip & clip that doesn't honor it's own service contract which I paid for and getting nothing in return  that's theft in any language.
