Product: HP Pavilion Elite m9360f Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
For some time my Microsoft photo software has no longer worked, I always have an error message (-2147219196), I checked with several agents at Microsoft by installing things and no one found the problem.
I was told I might have a virus, which would surprise me. So I was told that I should reinstall Windows 10. It makes me download Windows iso and install it with a usb key but my BIOS is not suitable for UEFI. The Windows.iso he made me download is too big to put on a DVD but I have a smaller Windows.ISO version on a DVD. I don't know what to do anymore because my computer generally works very well according to my needs.
