Hi. First, I can't order more ink. I got ink delivered to the wrong address when I moved. I try to order more but your "system" tells me I don't need more ink. Except I do. What an incredibly stupid process. I'm literally just trying to get some colored ink and you'd think I was trying to buy confidential material. Also this entire thing is an antitrust violation. HP is an atrocious company.

I am guessing from your comments, the issue involves Instant Ink (#2 below).

A "wrong address delivery" can (should) normally be avoided by having put in a change of address before the ink shipment.  Regardless, the address can be corrected "after the fact".

1)  If you purchased ink from the HP Store and it was not delivered for any reason,

Then

You can re-order.

True -- HP might -- or might not -- reimburse you for the wrong delivery.

Talk to the HP Store Customer Service.

2)  If you were notified of an Instant Ink Shipment and it was not delivered for any reason,

Then

True -- You might not be able to Order ink.

What?  Ink is delivered when the printer notifies the service that supplies are depleted and a shipment is necessary.

You can -- and should -- contact HP Instant Ink Support

1)  Ask to have the shipping address updated

2)  Explain what happened and ask for a replacement shipment.
