Dear HP Support Team I am writing to request technical support regarding the internal NVMe SSD on my HP business notebook. The internal SSD drive is not being detected properly at the hardware level in alternative boot modes despite being fully visible within Windows. It appears that the BIOS firmware or business security policies are restricting raw drive access. Could you please provide guidance or a firmware update to unlock the Storage Controller Mode so that the internal SSD can be accessed directly? Product Number: 86U39UC#ABA Serial Number: Edited Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 7530U. Thank you.
