HP Zbook 15u G2. Serial Number [edit] I tried entering the SN but it is not recognized by this site. I got the SN from the BIOS.
It was running WIN 11. I installed Linux Cinnamon 22 via a USB drive. All went well. On the first boot the Windows round blue logo appears. A message in the lower left corner: "Press Escape Key for Startup Menu". If you do nothing the computer cycles through this endlessly, alternately turning off the power (The keyboard lights go off) and keeping the power on for a cycle. The corner message also alternates from white on black to black on white during each cycle.
Press and hold Escape; no startup menu, instead, the BIOS menu opens. I did not venture into the password protected area for fear of the obvious, but I tried to set factory defaults. What are the options?
