Good morning.
I had the computer with the annoying "Activate Windows" sign. Today I decide to remove it by buying Windows 10 pro with the key code. Now I have HP 250 g8 computer with Windows 10 pro 22H2. Handsome.
BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE AUDIO NO LONGER WORKS.
I'm not very expert, I tried to access device management> to see the drivers and the rest. Here I had the audio output subgroup (I don't remember the exact name but I remember it had the audio symbol 🔊). and underneath I just had "audio endpoint". I uninstall it. Problem obviously not solved and the red x remains on the audio in the taskbar at the bottom right. Now when I reopen device management I no longer have the group with the emoji 🔊. But I noticed that I have "other devices" > "" in the top group.
I tried to do the automatic troubleshooting. I tried via device manager on Intel High definition DSP right click, update driver but nothing, I don't have any right driver, I don't know what else to do, help me PLS
