Hi,
After Win11 / Intel driver, update the Intel XMM7360 is no longer available.
Shortly before this, a fine speedtest was done.
Then the system did a reboot after automatically updated something in the background,
As the system was up again, my WWAN connetion has left and also the WWAN is no longer shown in the network connection options.
Now, the device manager shows a "Comneon Suspend" that was not there before.
Reinstall driver from HP site did not fix.
Anyone here who know to fix that?
Thanks in advice, arfi

Hi @arfi_2nd,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing some frustrating connectivity issues with your Intel XMM 7360 LTE module after a Windows 11 update. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:
1. Check Device Manager
- Open Device Manager and look for the Intel XMM 7360 under "Network adapters."
- If it’s not listed, check under "Other devices" for any entries that might be the modem or have a warning icon.
2. Uninstall and Reinstall the Driver
- In Device Manager, right-click the Intel XMM 7360 device (if present) and select Uninstall device.
- Make sure to check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device."
- Restart your computer and allow Windows to automatically reinstall the driver.
3. Install Latest Drivers from Intel
- Go to the Intel Download Center and search for the latest drivers for the Intel XMM 7360.
- Download and install the appropriate drivers, then restart your system.
4. Check Windows Updates
- Sometimes, Microsoft releases fixes for issues introduced in updates. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for any pending updates.
5. Network Reset
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status and select Network reset at the bottom. This will remove and reinstall all network adapters and set other networking components back to their original settings.
6. Disable and Enable the Device
- In Device Manager, try right-clicking on the Intel XMM 7360 (if visible) and select Disable device, then right-click again and select Enable device.
7. BIOS/UEFI Settings
- Check your BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure that the WWAN device is enabled. Sometimes updates can reset these settings.
8. HP Support Assistant
- If you have the HP Support Assistant installed, run it to check for any driver updates or fixes specific to your device.
9. System Restore
- If the issue started after a specific update, you might consider performing a System Restore to a point before the update occurred.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
