HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anything new on this? Still happening with me, updated everything. Also, that driver is unavailable for me, too, I followed the exact steps in the suggested "fix". At the "locate your product" step, it was unable to locate my product. Tried the serial number, product number and automatic detection. Only when I entered the name of the product, HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC it worked. Do I have to register my product or something? I'm afraid I won't be able to contact HP Support this way.
