Product: HP ProBook x360 440 G1 Notebook PC

I got this laptop from college and it had the warranty till August 19, 2022. After that when I was considering purchasing a warranty extension, I was redirected to a sales person named Nikhil Mogha from ARM Infoserve Pvt Limited who quoted me a warranty extension for one year that cost me Rs. 8000. I made that payment and am yet to receive any communication regarding the warranty. In the meantime, I am seeing posts that question the legitimacy of the claim by the ARM infoserve representative. Also they have not been answering any calls I made to them. Please look into the matter.

Please look into the matter and help me. Also please help users with no warranty access customer support to a live agent. Online virtual support can only help a little. I had a lot of trouble trying to get in touch with a live agent.

Hey, has your issue been resolved? I see this is quite a recent issue.

ARM Infoserve does provide warranty extensions, you can contact them over the phone at [Personal Information Removed].
