Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I normally use Throttlestop to undervolt my E2176M CPU by -150mV. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible with the new BIOS updates for my system. Apple engineers have instituted a CPU undervolt in the new MacBook Pros from the factory so I was wondering if HP could do something similar with a BIOS update? Is this possible to do? Even a 100mV undervolt across-the-board should be stable for most of the new Intel chips. It makes a big difference. Thank you for reading.
