Is a computer , having to send it in 4x for repairs, and spending over 80 hrs of your life, a lemon

When can i consider the computer HP sold me a lemon. I spent 80 hour reloading the software only to format the hard drive to send it in for repair 4 times of a 6 month period. In that 6 months , i don't have a computer to use.  Does HP offer anything? Or do i just keep letting HP suck my life away until the warranty expires and I throw away the computer into the garbage.
