Product: HP Laptop PC 17-by4000 (18B36AV)
The case has separated in the back
The screen and case are not damaged
Would this normally be covered by HP;s standard warranty?
I paid for the computer with a visa card and they extend the manufacturer warranty by an additional year
If this is a covered event then they will fix at no charge
