Product: HP ENVY 15.6 inch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi everyone,
Is it normal that my battery age is 5 months but I just bought the laptop yesterday? The full capacity was also 93% and the cycle was 2 instead of 1 (I charged it for the first time). I appreciate any input. I tried to get in touch with HP technical support twice but they were both awful experiences as one agent asked me "what is battery age!?" (it's jargon on HP assistant's report) just imagine that!
Thank you!

That is normal, HP and other vendors do not produce batteries on the same day with machines.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.
