Hello,

We are having issues with a laptop, problem is that everytime the user is closing the lid it goes to sleep.

I have checked all the settings and they are all configured as "DO NOTHING" when you close the lid, for both on battery or connected.

Windows is up to date, and so is all the hardware for the laptop.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Thanks

Vanessa

      • An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
      • The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
