Hi,
I own a zbook firefly 14 " G10. Running under windows 11
Yesterday I was working on my laptop and everything worked fine.
This morning when I took my laptop to continue my tasks, I noticed the power and the caps lock LEDs were "breathing" and there's no way to turn it on.
If I press the power button to power it up all the keyboard start to "breathe" as well and then the fans are running but nothing on the screen no beeps no nothing.
Try the hard reset, everything stop flashing for a few seconds and then it starts again...
Tried the bios reset with win+B ... Nothings happening ...
I read online that it could be a battery issue but I'm afraid to unscrew the back and killing the warranty because I opened it ...
Anyone had this issue already ? Any fixes ?
It's quite annoying as it is my laptop for work and I do need it ASAP
