Product: HP Elitebook 860 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
we have a HP Elitebook 860 G7 an the internal Keybord doesn't work iat the POST optinis like BitLocker and BIOS.
External Keybords via USB are working. The Keybord also works in Windows (example at the Wiondows Login).
We Updated the bios
We reset the BIOS
We temorary removed the akku.
Does anyone have another Idea what we can try?
