Product: HP ProBook 6450b Base Model Notebook PC

Hey i have hp probook 6450b laptop i am on windows 7 the problem is that the in built keyboard/ mouse is twitching i tried in windows 10 also but didnt work i dont think its keyboard fault because everything works fine in safe mode can anyone guide and also webcam is not available when i call someone it shows black but i already installed the drivers for both keyboard and webcam
