HP Probook 450 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have problem with keyboard on my notebook hp probook 450 G6. Sometimes when I start my notebook keys QWER UIOP and del are not working and after few minutes magically they start working normally.  I tested it also in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and it behaved the same way. External USB keyboard works just fine.

  • What I tried so far and didn´t solved my problem:
  • Updated bios for the newest version.
  • Reinstalled drivers.
  • Also, I tried this method with no luck:
  1. Turn off the laptop
  2. Remove AC power if plugged.
  3. press and Hold Power button for more than 60 seconds.
  4. Then, Start the Laptop as Usual.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?
