Product: HP Probook 450 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I have problem with keyboard on my notebook hp probook 450 G6. Sometimes when I start my notebook keys QWER UIOP and del are not working and after few minutes magically they start working normally. I tested it also in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and it behaved the same way. External USB keyboard works just fine.
- What I tried so far and didn´t solved my problem:
- Updated bios for the newest version.
- Reinstalled drivers.
- Also, I tried this method with no luck:
- Turn off the laptop
- Remove AC power if plugged.
- press and Hold Power button for more than 60 seconds.
- Then, Start the Laptop as Usual.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?
