Hi,

Try a power reset

Power Reset your Laptop

Can you try seeing if the keyboard works in BIOS.

Turn off the PC holding power button. Turn on the PC and repeatedly keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears (if the keyboard works) or you can attach an external USB keyboard. In BIOS see if the arrows on the keyboard work.

Try an external keyboard on the notebook in Windows (does it work?).

If the keyboard does not work in BIOS you will need to replace the part. The keyboard comes as one part with top cover

Part number:

747140-001

Example:

On page 66 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the top cover

Hope it helps,

David
