I purchased a new, sealed Elitebook but when I opened the box and checked the computer it was already activated and there was a profile with the name Luz Belen signed in. I brought the computer back to the store and the sales rep told me that Lux Belen is the generic name used by HP to QC and update their new computers. They denied selling a used computer as new and said they have seen this happen with other units. I am suspicious of this explanation. Does anyone have info on this situation?

"Lux/Luz Belen"? -Never heard of or seen this before.
Asked around, and the consensus is that this is a tall story.
Meaning, when you take "Lux (Luz) Belen", and you use the letters b, u, l, and l, that is what I think you were told.
Kind Regards,
