Unless specifically marketed otherwise—which is quite rare—laptop CPUs and graphics chips are typically soldered to the motherboard and are not user-replaceable.

However, based on available information, it appears that your specific laptop model may allow a GPU upgrade. According to the service manual, the ZBook 15 G2 uses an MXM-A graphics module, which means the graphics card is technically removable and replaceable.

That said, it is unclear whether an upgrade beyond the NVIDIA Quadro K2100M would be supported. Any upgrade would depend heavily on BIOS compatibility (which is unlikely) and thermal limitations of the system.
