Product: HP ProBook 445 G8 Notebook PC (2U741AV)

Kindly help, having many issues from last 5 months, continuousely complaining to HP support but not even single response. Cases getting automatically clossing without any intimation. No idea how bad the service is. getting the issues one by one for the same devices which is not at all resolving from anybody, not even a single call on the same from last 6 months.
