hello,my laptop is hp elite x2 1012 g1 tablet intel core m7 vpro,and few days ago my laptop's keyboard stopped working and the backlight keeps on blinking even when the system is off.the mouse sometimes work,otherwise it won't work either.The caps lock key isn't blinking,only the num Ik/home key is blinking continuously.please guide me how this problem can be fixed.
