Product: HP ProBook 640 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Probook 640 G5 which was working fine - no issues whatsoever.  Perhaps unrelated I bought a new usb hub and plugged it into a USB-A port before power on.  After I pressed the power on button, the laptop would not power on -  I saw a blank screen, only the F12 key -(Wireless) amber led was on and, after 5-10 seconds, the CapsLock led light came on but did not blink - it stays on steady for 10-15 seconds and then goes out.  I have removed the new usb hub, tried various key combinations (Windows + B) but nothing works - laptop will not start.  Before I do any more - opening case, removing battery etc - I want to ask if anyone has seen this and has any solution.  I can find lots of postings about the CapsLock key blinking but nothing if it does not blink.
