Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i open my outlook. there is a message box prompt to enter pin. after enter the pin , another message box prompt and showing fail to connect to login.external.hp.com - 0xCAA8000.  The messages box keep prompting and I am not able to read or open my mail to read

What is your Outlook ? Outlook which comes with Windows 10 OR Outlook from Office suite ? Have you setup your email address on Outlook yet ?  Please use the following fix
