Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop Requirement: Need for College, Online classes, web browsing, tough and powerful to last for 3-4 years and with no major drawbacks.

Which Laptop should I choose, Local has 2 options 

HP Pavilion 15 with the AMD 5500U or The same with the 3250U?

Also, what are the cons of the 3250U In 2022? Is it very old or slow?
