Laptop activation date by serial number

i parchased a second hand laptop. Now i want to know what is the activation date of this laptop and is it have any repair history. How many days my laptop have been used. 

I only have the serial number.

The only information anyone can provide is this:

Look at the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number.

They will be numbers.

The 4th character is the year of manufacture (0 - 9).

The 5th and 6th characters are the week of manufacture (01 - 52).

For example, if the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number are 012, the notebook was made in 2020 during the 12th week of the year.
